Find your perfect iX

Cars available now

The iX combines attention-grabbing styling with a soothing and opulent interior. It’s spacious, quick and extremely quiet. We’d avoid the entry-level xDrive40 because its real-world range is rather restrictive – the range-topping xDrive50 is where the iX shines, thanks to a much longer range, a smoother ride and the ability to charge up more quickly.

Range-topping M60 gets larger 22in aero wheels, M Sport brakes with blue calipers, and ventilated front seats with a massage function - oh, and it can hit 0-62mph in 3.8sec. It costs significantly more than an xDrive50 and doesn’t feel any more nimble, so we’d stick with the xDrive50.

Despite the impressive headline stats of 610bhp and 0-62mph in 3.8secs, the M60 doesn’t feel significantly faster than the regular xDrive50 due to the unique way an electric vehicle delivers all its power from the get-go.
